Pam Iceman, Supervisor of CTGP’s Landscaping Services Division, comes from a long line of Trace connections – she is the daughter of Bobby Branch, a mainstay in the community and is the cousin of Tim Hart, the Club’s Director of Golf Course Maintenance.  For the last ten years before joining our staff, Pam managed her own full-service landscaping company, Iceman’s Lawn Maintenance, and for the last six years has been doing the majority of her business within our gates.  Pam explained, “Over the years, I have talked with so many Tracers about their interest in working with one company that can do it all – design, implement, and maintain.  Now, Carolina Trace Gated Properties can offer that service.”
