I had lived in Apex for over 17 years before discovering Carolina Trace. Believing this was the best kept secret in North Carolina, me and my wife immediately fell in love with the community and found our dream house in 2015. Knowing the real estate market in the Triangle, it is apparent that similar activity will soon reach Sanford.
