Carol is no stranger to Carolina Trace. She and her husband, Jim, moved here in August 2003. They lived in Woodmere-Trentwood for seven years and the past five years in Golf North. In early 2004 Carol went to work at Carolina Trace Gated Properties as their IT person, then added the position of Bookkeeper. She then moved on to Office Manager until 2006 when she decided to try her hand at selling real estate. That was going well until 2008 when the recession hurt the housing market. At that same time the Property Manager was leaving and Carol took over and remained in that position for four years. The Office Manager moved away in 2013 and Carol took over that position.  In August 2015, Carol reactivated her real estate license and is selling and listing homes in Carolina Trace again.
